Super rare yellow lamp designed by Sidse Werner and Leif Alring for Fog & Mørup, in the 1970s.
This table lamp was designed and produced to promote Fog & Morup in 1970 at the Formland exhibition held every year in Herning, Denmark.
The Formland series consists of both ceiling lamps and table lamps and is produced in a very low number. This makes them quite rare.
Jo Hammerborg was deeply involved in the development of the Formland series.
The base is made of metal and the shade is made of a soft plastic called butyrate. The designers used this plastic to create a translucent but glare-free domed shade where one could look at the bulb’s filament without being blinded by it.
Completely original and excellent condition with no dents or scratches.
